This newsletter is pretty short but packed with practical assets for your SaaS.

I'm spending the beginning of the year improving my processes, especially when it comes to sales, so I'm making a lot of new assets.

Scorecard

The first one I've created is a scorecard that I use to analyze the marketing site of my leads.

Sitemap

In addition to the report, I am creating a few assets to use as lead magnets and one of them is the ideal sitemap for B2B SaaS websites.

The sitemap was made as a mindmap with Whimsical and I've also made a document going through each type of page with some explanation and an example or two.
